Key Responsibilities

Installs and supports both hardware and software components for user group Performs preventive maintenance- test and repair of equipment
Evaluates system configuration and software to ensure effective use of hardware resources Addresses and resolves hardware- software and customer issues
Engages users to determine their potential future business requirements Provides positive customer experience with each customer interaction
​Responsible for installation and maintenance of routine hardware/software systems and supporting smaller user groups

Creechurch office in the heart of the City and is full time.

You should have had 3 years in a similar role and be familiar with SLA|s as
well as ticket logging via applications such as ServiceNow. Attention to
detail and fair technical ability are a must.

Our varied services facilitate our involvement in all stages of a project;
from identifying the needs- producing the initial project definition and
brief- cost planning- through to procurement- construction and building use-
you have opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients including some
very high profile names- often working alongside other construction

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Data Analyst role we offer can be varied and is dependent on the Client-
sector and project we are working for. Due to the variety of solutions we
develop- there is a breadth of work in which we can be involved- which often
can include:

Capex- opex and carbon cost modelling

Benchmarking

Performance reporting and analysis

Dashboard development

Statistical analyses

Production of reports and presentations

But also extends into:

Risk management development and analysis

Life Cycle costing

Financial reporting

Inflation and market studies

Database development and data management activities (including cost- carbon and asset data)

Web application development

Machine learning application development

A Data Analyst at AECOM could have the opportunity to assist in all of the
above tasks- utilizing their relevant skills with class-leading software
tools- and benefiting from exposure to new areas of study and research.

Minimum Requirements

Demonstrable ability and relevant qualification in one or more of: data management- data analytics- database administration- statistical analyses- financial reporting- programming- machine learning
