We are currently recruiting for Junior Butler reporting to the Head Concierge
&Butler Service. Butlers are the soul and heath of luxury service providing
creativity| originality and personalisation. The ultimate luxury ambassadors.

The butlers provides bespoke experiences and services to fulfil all guests’
needs throughout their stay and upon departure| in partnership with other
operational departments within the hotel.

The Junior Butler Responsibilities:

Check email and other provided systems in order to obtain information about guests.

Coordinate with other departments to provide personalized touches.

Offer provided services to guests throughout their stay.

Coordinate with senior leaders to meet and greet guests when appropriate.

Meet with guest in their suite upon arrival.

Complete rooming process explaining features of the hotel and the suite.

Verify that any delivery requested by the guest is correct before delivering.

Provide packing and unpacking services fallowing guest’s direction.

Collection and delivery of laundry as needed.

Recognize all guests by name when possible and build rapport in order to develop relationship| obtain preferences and proactively anticipate guest’s needs.

Address guest’s needs in a professional| welcoming| positive and timely manner| consistent with hotel policy.

Repot work related accidents or injuries immediately upon occurrence to your manager or supervisor.

You will need to have experience of working in a Butler Department or Room
Service within a hotel or restaurant background and ideally have knowledge of
Food Safety and Allergens Awareness. You will be passionate about people and
customer service ; have a bubbly| welcoming personality; have great
