A Handy Person is responsible carrying out daily maintenance, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring rooms and corridors are in working order to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Handy Person, you are responsible for carrying out daily bedroom and corridor maintenance to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

Carry out bedroom and corridor maintenance
Implement programmed maintenance cleaning
Cyclical carpet cleaning and floor polishing
Maintain agreed stocks of replacement items for bedrooms and corridors
Ensure guest rooms and corridors are in the required working order
Report any health and safety issues on the floor
Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

You will be involved in providing our services with the support of the
Engineering team. As you develop you will take on more responsibility which
will be rewarded.

Job Responsibilities

We offer design and calculation consultation as well as specialist design
review and third-party assessments for large organisations and public
entities.

You will of course be responsible for the preparation and coordination of
Facade drawings and BIM models for windows- doors- curtain walling- cladding
and large-scale facades.

You will need to be comfortable managing more than one project at a time
during your day to day work as you will be responsible for co-ordinate
drawings within the facade design team and ensuring proper filing of design
drawings and documents.

As well as creating models and drafting you will act as a key contact point
within the business. You will coordinate with consultants such as architects
and engineers specialised in structural design- sustainability and acoustics
to determine the best facade design outcomes.

You will also liaise with other staff- project teams and associated
consultants to further build and maintaining valuable working relationships.
Additionally- you will work within our wider cross discipline BIM community to
advance your skills and the wider business CAD/BIM service offering.

Minimum Requirements

Proficiency using AutoCAD and Revit as well as 2D/3D tools such as Rhino and Grass hoper

BIM experience

experience in designing and detailing construction and facade projects

Strong interest in facade design and engineering

Good understanding of architectural drawings and capability of developing architect`s drawings to constructions drawings

Work experience within a similar consultancy or other relevant business

Job Summary

Apply paint| stain and other finishes to property walls| ceilings| and
furniture using brushes| spray guns| or rollers. Apply primers or sealers to
prepare new surfaces for finish coats. Remove old finishes by stripping|

Job Summary

Set-up| operate| and troubleshoot all AV/projection/lighting/conferencing
equipment| devices| and systems. Oversee the set-up of AV equipment in banquet
and meeting rooms. Ensure all AV equipment is fully operational| repair or
clean equipment when necessary. Label any broken equipment| and communicate
problems to manager/supervisor. Tape down and dress all loose wire and cable.
Check delivered equipment and room set-up against Banquet Event Order.
Communicate any additions or deletions to flowsheets to manager/supervisor.
