TheBiltmore| Mayfair is set to open in June 2019| after undergoing amulti-
million-pound redevelopment| as the first LXR hotel in Europe andHilton|s new
luxury collection – LXR Hotels & Resorts.
This luxuryhotel| situated on a super prime location in the heart of Mayfair
on GrosvenorSquare| will offer 257 luxuriously appointed guest rooms as well

What will I be doing?
Responsible for assistingin managing all Restaurant operations to deliver unrivalled guest experience|with a focus on creativity and authenticity
Effectively control theflow of customers and the interaction between the front and back-of-housethroughout service
Responsiblefor continually checking that guest service standards are set| implemented andmonitored in line with set standards
To work in co-operationwith the Head Chef on new products| menu|s| promotions etc.
Handle all customerinquiries in an appropriate and professional manner
Manage Team Memberschedules| stock| and wastage levels
What are we looking for?
Michelin Star / FineDining restaurant experience (preferably as Restaurant Manager or equivalent)
A record of success in Foodand Beverage| specifically the ability to deliver profit| control costs| andbuild customer loyalty
Excellent groomingstandards
Flexibility to respondto a range of different work situations
