The Biltmore| Mayfair is set to open in June 2019|after undergoing a multi-
million-pound redevelopment| as the first LXR hotel inEurope and Hilton|s new
luxury collection – LXR Hotels & Resorts.
This luxury hotel| situated on a super primelocation in the heart of Mayfair
on Grosvenor Square| will offer 257luxuriously appointed guest rooms as well
as 51 highly-curated and beautifullydesigned suites| which will reflect the
property|s origin as a sophisticatedand elegant London private residence.
The Biltmore| Mayfair will boast new culinaryconcepts headed by
internationally-renowned chefs| an all-year round alfrescoterrace| an
exclusive cocktail bar and a large gymtech fitness suite. In addition|the
hotel will showcase an impressive 500 sqm ballroom and various smallerfunction
suites up to 100 guests.

What will I be doing?

• Manage an efficiently operated bar shift that is in accordance with
theagreed standards and regulations

• Use every possible opportunity to gain knowledge in all areas of
barsupervision

• Ensure all tables receive their drinks and food as requested

• Maintain the cleanliness of all equipment used during shifts

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and stores to Health| Safety and
Hygienestandards at all times

• Show complete awareness of all the drink and food menus and readiness
toexplain and recommend food and drink contents

• Comply with Company Health and Safety| and Fire Regulations andprocedures

• Adhere to the Company disciplinary policy when necessary

• Maximise revenue and increase average spend per person throughupselling|
high customer service standards| effective training and motivationaltechniques

• Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar|
howbeverages are prepared (to recipe) and presented| and how Bar personnel
aretrained to possess this knowledge and the application of it

• Meet or exceed the monthly drink profit margin target
