JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest
drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and
innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience:

· Previous Experience preferred. Training provided.

Skills and Knowledge

· Strong communication skills (verbal| listening| writing)

· Pro-active and reliable

· Able to work alone and within a team

· Flexible to work any shift including weekends and bank holidays

· Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons

· Interacting with customers| taking orders and serving snacks and drinks

· Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations

Education or Certification

· Good level of English essential __

SPECIFIC DUTIES

_The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the
successful performance of the position:_

· Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons

· Interacting with customers| taking orders and serving snacks and drinks

· Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations

· Carries responsibility for ensuring that all cash and key security
procedures are adhered at all times as per the hotel policy

OTHER

Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
Complies with Marriott International Hotels Limited| Regional Office and local policies and procedures.
Working hours as required to do your job but normally not less than 40 hours per week.
