Senior Advisor – a role that will be key to shaping our offerings

influencing our stakeholders` perceptions and behaviours and drivin

profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Analysis on Marketing KPI (Pipeline- Buyer Base- Marketing Engagement) in UK & Ireland to identify sales opportunities and to support strategic initiatives as a business partner of the local leadership team.
Ownership of at least one marketing initiative on EMEA level. Work as interlock with the global marketing team to secure timeliness and accuracy of the data delivery. Define the standard review format and cadence within the region.
Provide market insights (e.g. IDC- Gartner) for Desktops- Notebooks- Workstations- Servers and Storage and provide business analysis support for OPS reviews and SMT reviews
Support decision making by providing analytics and recommendations for the business
Extract and interrogate information from available data sources to reveal trends & behaviors to enhance understanding and fact-based decision making
Liaise with colleagues in EMEA to ensure sharing of best practices
Build and adhere to a clear vision of the intended outcome and deliverables from your work (content quality- timescales- business impact and measurement).

Essential Requirements

Fluent English language skills. Capable to present and negotiate with executives in both languages
Technical skills and ability to work on analytics end to end from extracting data from databases- analyzing & visualizing the data to delivering executive insights
MS Access or MS SQL Server- Business intelligence data query experience
Strong business acumen and be able to work effectively with senior management
First rate interpersonal skills within working in remote environment. Ability to work as part of a wider team across segments and geographies
Advanced MS Excel- MS Power BI
Ability to convert data to insights- Strong logical and process building skills- Good at driving issues to a conclusion-
Comfortable to present directly to large audiences & executives

Desirable Requirements

Educational background in statistics and data modelling would be a definite asset
Statistical modeling skills are preferred.
Candidate should feel enthusiastic about delivering best-in-class insights- drive continual progress- be able to communicate with confidence- clarity- and honesty- and take initiative and assume ownership of a wide variety of deliverables.
