team of experts| you will learn something different every day as you work with
new seasonal menus and unique presentations. You hard work pays off when a

What you’ll be doing

• Producing and creating new menu items for sale in our restaurant

• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu

• Supervising stock rotation and assisting in the food ordering process

• Running the pass on some service periods at quieter times

• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly

• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage

What we’re looking for

• Strong plating and food presentation skills

• Knowledge in the preparation and making of sauces and dressings from scratch

• Kitchen experience at a similar level or for 2+ years

• Knowledge of basic food allergens and food hygiene certificate level 2

• Experience of running a kitchen section

• Great teamwork skills and attention to detail

• Positive outlook and outgoing personality

The role will involve working in a busy kitchen environment and all that comes
with it| such as; standing| for extended periods of time| working to strict
hygiene and food handling guidelines| and ensuring a professional appearance
in a clean uniform. Prior to employment| we’ll ask you to complete the reuired
safety training and certification.
