To be a successful Cocktail Waiter / Waitress will:
Have previous cocktail waitress / waiter experience in a quality restaurant /
bar environment
Good knowledge of classic cocktails| spirits| wines & champagne
• Have a real flair and passion for service and working with quality products
and interesting drinks and food menus
• Have previous experience of taking both drinks and food orders
• Attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the
customer and managers
• Possess a good command of the English language
• Impeccable appearance with an engaging personality
• An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
