JOB SUMMARY

To provide support and assist the C&B Europe team (across all brands) with
compensation & benefits tasks. To support cyclical C&B processes| analysis of
data| research| compile reports| support various on-going and new C&B projects
and harmonization activities.

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS

Assist the Dir| Compensation & Benefits| C&B Managers with the following:

Administration| Support & Analysis of the annual merit review| merit budgeting| process tools| general support.

Administration| Support & Analysis of the annual stock nomination process.

Administration| Support & Analysis of the annual bonus cycle.

Managing salary survey administration| reporting and analysis for hotel and above property surveys

Analysis supporting maintenance and development of C&B Europe infrastructure and processes including job grading/evaluation| job codes and salary ranges.

Monitor the insured benefit policy renewals process across Europe and produce reports

Supports the benefits harmonization project.

Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience

Previous C&B experience preferred

Approx. 2 – 3 years experience in Compensation and Benefits| Finance or Data Analysis

Specific Skills and Knowledge

Benefits admin experience preferred

Excellent skills in Excel: plan modelling| data analysis and manipulation| complex formulae| pivot tables etc
Knowledge of overall hotel operations ideal but not essential
Experience with salary survey administration and analysis helpful but not essential

Self Motivated and ambitious with the ability to take constructive action.

Ability to exercise flexibility rather than rigid adherence to procedures in order to accomplish goals

Strong problem-solving skills; encourages new innovative solutions when appropriate

Strong communication skills (verbal| listening| writing)

Effective influencing skills

Education or Certification

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree or HR qualification preferred

The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the
successful performance of the position:

Assists the Dir| Compensation & Benefits with the following at a minimum:

Administers & analyses the annual merit review| budgeting| process tools| analysis and support.
Administers & analyses the annual stock nomination process for GMs and continent leaders.
Coordinates the annual salary survey submissions for the continent.
Monitor the insured benefit policy renewals process and produce reports
Provides analysis for compensation and benefits reviews required in each country| consistent grade structures| min – max salary scales
Supports benefits harmonization project
Validates and compiles data for Corporate Comp & Bens
Assists with analysis of compensation data and the preparation of presentations targeted to specific audiences.
Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
