POSITION SUMMARY & SCOPE
This entry level position is part of the Europe contract compliance group of
the Finance Department and will report to Manager Contract Compliance for
Europe. The position will work on both managed and franchised contracts| along
with amendments and side letters.
The position will be based in London.
The primary responsibilities are:
Provide direct support to the contract compliance managers in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
Review and provide admin support to the contract compliance team on franchise and managed contracts in order to prepare for Project Train| a global project to build a fee and programs and services engine for the company.
Assist compliance managers by performing a variety of related projects| collection and verification of documents| coordination with Project Train team and internal resources.
Undertake special assignments| including research| review| and analysis of contract documentation and other issues| as requested.
Respond as necessary to miscellaneous issues.
Perform related clerical duties as necessary to fulfill responsibilities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE – KEY TALENTS AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED
Successful candidates should possess knowledge and experience and demonstrate
strong leadership and relationship skills as follows:
A College/ University degree in Law or a certificate from a recognized paralegal program
Eager to learn| high energy self-starter
Diligent| dependable and strong work ethic.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding verbal and written English skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong project management skills and flexibility to adapt to continually changing work priorities and ability to meet simultaneous deadlines in a fast-paced| high volume environment.
Ability to remain calm in high stress situations and demonstrate “grace under pressure”.
Strong skills with MS Word| Outlook| and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with database functionality and operation.
