Job Summary
AECOM Canada is pleased to announce that our Cultural Heritage team is
growing- and we are now seeking a Cultural Heritage Specialist to help us
expand our service offerings and provide technical leadership in conservation
planning in London and southern Ontario. As a leader in infrastructure
planning- AECOM offers the opportunity to work on a range of complex- high-
profile public and private sector projects that provide technical challenges
and professional reward. We are seeking an intermediate- experienced heritage
planner to help deliver project technical excellence and support business
development for the following areas:

Cultural Heritage Screening Reports

Cultural Heritage Evaluation Reports

Heritage impact Assessments

Heritage Conservation District Studies

City-wide inventories

Cultural Heritage Landscape Inventories

Conservation Plans

Adaptive re-use studies

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor`s degree required- preferable in Heritage Planning or related field

A minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience which must include Toronto and surrounding areas

Must have demonstrated experience working in Ontario in municipal- provincial and/or private development contexts

Must be a member in good standing with Canadian Association of Heritage Professionals (CAHP)

Demonstrated experience must include CHSRs- CHERs- HIAs- participation in HCD Studies and Conservation Plans

Some travel regionally will be required- but rarely overnight

Must have a valid Ontario driver|s license

Preferred Qualifications

Marketing or business development experience

Preference will be given to candidates with 5-7 years or more of experience as noted above.
