_Demi Chef de Partie – Job Role_

Sophisticated and quirky| glamourous and decadent| W London – Leicester Square

away from Soho’s electric nightlife| the hotel – like the city itself – is a
bold contrast of themes| colors| textures and characters.

As a Hotel Demi Chef de Partie your priority is to craft memorable dishes for
our guests to experience. You hard work pays off when a dish that you’ve
thoughtfully helped to prepare has guests raving and anxious to return.

Other duties include:

Assist in preparing| cooking and serving food| under guidance from a more senior chef

Assist in ensuring the timely provision of high quality of food from the kitchen| across all of the hotel’s menus.

Assist with taking delivery and safe storage of deliveries on your shift along with kitchen team using stock rotation and quality control checks.

Ensure that high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.

Ensure that necessary paperwork| administration| controls and records are undertaken and maintained to include Health & Safety| Food Safety & Hygiene and any other records as required.

_What you’ll bring_

A basic knowledge of all cooking and food preparation methods. Ideally with experience for a minimum of two years in a professional kitchen.

Exceptional communication skills| with the capacity to listen and support.

A passion for being part of a team| with great resilience and a responsible approach to fulfilling your duties.

Fluent spoken English.

The capacity to deliver consistently great customer service.
