Duty Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen at London Marriott Park Lane for the
position of Duty Manager. This is a challenging role in our Front Office
department| where no two day are the same. You will be expected to provide
exceptional service for our guests| you supervise the front desk associates
and you will also be responsible for carrying out reception duties such as:
welcoming VIP guest| checking guests in/out| cash and key handling and dealing
with any guest query. You will be working closely with our Front of House
Manager specifically by supporting them in maintaining administrative systems
and procedures. Our ideal candidate will be a natural leader with exceptional
communication skills ideally with a background in a similar 5-star luxury
hotel environment.
