mark. We lead the development and implementation of complex and specialize

products- applications- services and solutions. From identifying busines

opportunities- delivering technical presentations- or leadin

transformational- transactional customer conversations (at relevant level

with our customers and partners) or executing Executive Briefings- to
developing detailed architectural blue prints or system integration/migration
plans- we ensure customers get the innovative- relevant- interoperable and
competitive solutions they need. We ensure proper account planning from
technological aspects and drive key initiatives and campaign`s in order to
grow the business. Presales teams are audible thought leaders for our entire
technology portfolio and play a key role to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Manages the UKI Enterprise Presales team members and leads support activities for the development of complex- product- applications- services solutions
Directs- drives and influences the efforts in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group
Manages the hiring- staffing and maintaining of a diverse- effective and motivated workforce
Responsible for career development/planning- performance and pay discussions of the team members
Provides technical expertise/thought leadership to the sales organisation in selecting- influencing competitive solutions to customers and partners and ensures that proposed solutions meet technical and business needs of customers
Consults with customers technical executive leadership

Essential Requirements

Ability to develop and translate executive-level business strategy into results
Expert ability to apply advanced concepts in the technical engineering field to practical business problems
Expert ability to communicate technical concepts- architectures and designs- program strategies and tactics clearly throughout a global leadership team
Expert negotiation skills and the ability to establish mutually beneficial programs- campaigns commitments
Expert presentation and communication skills
Expert level of solutions and technical knowledge
Expert understanding of customer/industry climate
Expert inspirational leadership skills and experience

Desirable Requirements

Typically- 15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Typically requires 10+ years diversified leadership- planning- communication- organization and people motivation skill ( or equivalent experience )
Ability to lead teams through business and organizational transformations
Build strong partnership with different stakeholders internally and externally to achieve results
