franchisee| Cycas Hospitality B.V. (main account). The franchisee controls all
aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices| including the
selection and hiring process. If you accept a position at this hotel you will

This role contributes to Cycas Hospitality goals and Values as the Revenue
Manager is responsible for maximizing overall revenue through the development
and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies including but
not confined to demand and competitor analysis in order to gain market share.
This role is applicable whether across centralised revenue management function
or supporting revenue management function.

The revenue management department is responsible for employing Brand
technology and operations processes to maximum advantage and aligning the
Hotel Revenue Management strategy with Oneteam objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Market Share and Revenue Performance
Develop overall pricing strategy to include all market segments| distribution channels and Conference and Events
Effectively manage and be in control of all inventory
Ensure all distribution channels are optimised and managed accordingly
Set Sales and Pricing Strategies for all hotels
Produce accurate forecast on weekly and monthly basis
Present and contribute during monthly owners and budget meetings
Manage| coach & develop the Reservations team
Support Residence inn London Bridge| South Point Suites or other Sister hotels when re-quired.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

Inventory Management
Daily reviews and implements room accommodation and rate inventory controls
Manages Group and Transient inventory
Responsible for quoting for groups and supporting hotels in managing groups in line with contracts and according to demand| including reviewing all tentative and definite group bookings in PMS to ensure accuracy
Works with hotel Reservations and Front Office to ensure agreed selling strategies are in place and worked towards (i.e. Overbooking and sell out efficiency)
Sales and Pricing Strategy
Develops| monitors and adjusts sales| groups and pricing strategies
Conducts weekly revenue meetings with hotels providing reports on the hotel performance historical and future business on the books| as well as upcoming yield strategies
Monitors and regulates groups business at hotels to ensure that all groups statuses are accurate
Ensures pricing consistency across all distribution channels (Rate Parity)
Identifies Revenue and Sales opportunities through channels and recommends action ac-cordingly
Liaises with market managers for key 3rd party operators
Reviews sales account production monthly with sales to identify patterns & volume of pro-duction to agree appropriate actions are taken
Provide group strategy according to seasons| events and more to improve performance.
Implements all blackout dates and reviews frequently to determine if adjustments are needed
Working with Marketing team to project manage promotions during low demand period| value add promotions and event periods.
Focus on lowering distribution costs and driving room nights to the most profitable channel
Ensure branded lowest rate promise is kept with no successful rate parity fee claimed.
Plays an integral role in all sales negotiations for existing business and for new account(s) sign up

Reporting and Analysis

Provides analysis of yield strategies| room statistics and performance trends
Performs relevant daily| weekly| monthly checklist tasks for the maintenance of the PMS and RMS
Writes and reviews end of month revenue reports for each hotel such as booking pace| competitive share analysis and segmentation reports
Conducts displacement analysis of group business and sales negotiations to ascertain po-tential impact of business decisions on RevPAR and TrevPAR
Completes daily booking pick up reports and implements strategy changes
Provides a room type sold of monthly reports for each hotel to analyse past and present trends and makes recommendations for future strategies
Grow ability to forecast with in the industry standard +/- 5%
Prepares reports and other materials for regular meetings and business processes

Key Meetings

Lead the property weekly Revenue Management Meeting and Daily Business Review Meeting.
Provide Executive Committee with regular revenue management updates.
Participate and explain market trends and hotel performance in monthly owners meeting
Present annual Budget to the Cycas Team
Contribute and provide Revenue Management Strategic Vision during all Regional and Corporate Property Reviews and/or Pricing Meetings.

Commercial Performance

Reviews all competitive shops on a daily basis and identifies selling strategies| opportuni-ties and market trends
Ensure all system that are used are audited and meeting the Cycas Revenue Indicator standards.
Reviews demand and event dates to keep ahead of all demand indicators
Maintains historical data on events and performance| tracking effectively for future strategy setting
Must be a key driver in the hotel(s) market share performance
Minimum 2 years experience in a Revenue Management role
Strong leadership and analytical skills
Proactive in achieving Rooms Revenue and MICE Revenue goals
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Analytical approach to problem solving and ability to think outside the box
Effective ability to supervise| motivate| coach and develop reservations teams
Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations
