Previous experience working within a similar environment preferred
Skills and Knowledge :
Strong Communication skills (verbal| listening| writing)
Innovative and Creative
Pro-active and reliable
Able to work alone and within a team
Education or Certification :
Good level of English essential
Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems e.g. Office| Marsha| Opera| etc.
As a Front Desk Agent you will be responsible of the following:
Handle guest arrivals and departures efficiently| having a thorough knowledge of the Front Office Standard Operational Procedures and leaving a lasting memory of true care. Be creative and think outside the box to create personalised experiences for our guests!
Work flexible hours on a shift basis in accordance with the departmental rota. We understand how important you time outside work is therefore we want to be flexible with your requests too.
Be familiar with local area and the outlets of the hotel to help create unique moments by giving your personal recommendations.
To practice gracious hospitality and promote goodwill by being friendly| engaging| courteous and helpful to guests| managers and fellow associates at all times.
