We are looking for an organised| experienced and attentive Front Desk Manager
to join The London EDITION team.

As a Front Desk Manager you will be looking after Bell Employees| Guest
Experience| Reception and Assistant Managers for a total of almost 40 direct
reports.

The Front Desk Manager|s responsibilities will include:

Encourage and build mutual trust| respect| and cooperation among team members

lead| influence| and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.

Ensure recognition of employeess is taking place across areas of responsibility.

Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position and monitors progress.

Celebrates successes and publicly recognizes the contributions of team members.

Achieve and exceed goals including performance goals| budget goals| team goals| etc

Manage day-to-day operations| ensuring the quality| standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.

Ensure compliance with all Front Office policies| standards and procedures.

Identifies talent and securing talent retention.

Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaching| mentoring| or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.
