You’ll need to know your stuff:
· Co-ordinate and host the weekly London Sales Office (LSO) audit call.
· Develop and maintain relationships with the LSO team| sharing information
and training between the hotel and LSO teams.

· Attend weekly sales strategy meetings| being prepared to talk and update on
key ‘business on the books’.

· Maintain and develop site inspection standards| engaging key Managers and
departments in order to maximise conversion potential.

· Keep up to date with competitors| communicating findings with sales
leadership team and adapting hotel offering to win business

· Working closely with revenue management team| ensuring we price
competitively and accurately

· Auditing and supporting LSO with event enquiries and activities| particular
focus on short lead and high revenue groups / catering however focus is
subject to change according to business needs

· Check and manage the hotel’s meeting diary to ensure conversion and
opportunities are maximised

· Influences decision makers at all levels

· Engage the marketing team for weekly audits of 3rd parts sites including
ABC| Cvent| VenueFinder

· Engage the sales team on new sales leads and opportunities| and make aware
of enquiries from managed accounts

· Participates as and when required in blitz days| trade shows and related
sales activity

· Participates as and when required with supporting Events planning team

· Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels (e.g. London Sales
Office| London Market Sales and National Sales Team) to ensure sales efforts
are coordinated| complementary and not duplicative.

· Uses negotiating skills and senior sales abilities to close on business and
negotiate contracts.
