We would like to welcome you to the iconic Sheraton Grand London Park Lane
Hotel| as our next Floor Housekeeper.

As a Floor Housekeeper| my working day usually starts at 9am but this can
vary| depending on the demands of the business.

I report to the Housekeeping office were we receiving our daily briefing and
then the Senior Housekeeper gives us our work allocation for the day.

During my shift I need to ensure that all areas are maintained to the highest
standards of cleanliness and tidiness. I have to maintain standards of
uniform| equipment.

My duty is to ensure that rooms are properly cleaned| supplied| equipped and
checked according to ABC training.

I am responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms| corridors and heart of
the house area of the floor.

I need to check the occupied and departure rooms| giving special attention to
guest needs. I am ensuring that the entire operation is performed as per the
laid down standards.

To organize immediately the guest needs under intimation to Executive.

Managing guest requests| including VIP amenities and communicating them to the
relevant team members

Achieving positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient

I am reporting maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department.

It is part of my job to assist other departments wherever necessary and
maintain good working relationships.
