The Biltmore| Mayfair is set to open in June 2019| after undergoing a multi-
million-pound redevelopment| as the first LXR hotel in Europe and Hilton|s new
luxury collection – LXR Hotels & Resorts.
This luxury hotel| situated on a super prime location in the heart of Mayfair
on Grosvenor Square| will offer 257 luxuriously appointed guest rooms as well
as 51 highly-curated and beautifully designed suites| which will reflect the
property|s origin as a sophisticated and elegant London private residence
The Biltmore| Mayfair will boast new culinary concepts headed by
internationally-renowned chefs| an all-year round alfresco terrace| an
exclusive cocktail bar and a large gymtech fitness suite. In addition| the
hotel will showcase an impressive 500 sqm ballroom and various smaller
function suites up to 100 guests.

What will I be doing?

Responsible for the administration and organisation of all aspects of Leaning
and Development. Facilitate training classes| drive completion of all training
and coach departmental trainers. Work with leaders to ensure that all team
members within LXR understand the brand| luxury and how to focus their own
learning

Ensure that a clear description of 90-day training is created for all job roles
Understand QA requirements and carry out regular checks to ensure compliance (min monthly)
Accurately capture and record all learnings.
Create a quarterly report on training performance
Ensure that all team members attend LXR and Hilton training in the correct time frame
Create and promote a quarterly training calendar to meet the business needs
Coach and develop the HR Coordinator in helping to facilitate trainings
Annual assess the training needs and create an annual L&D Strategy for the property
Establish| motivate and develop training

To conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of LXR The Biltmore
To carry out any other duties outside the normal daily/weekly routine| but within the overall scope of the position.
To adhere to all Health & Safety| Emergency| Fire and Hygiene procedures in accordance with Company policy and government regulations.

A Learning and Development Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on

this role| you should maintain the attitude| behaviours| skills| and values

• Must have Bachelor|s degree or equivalent in Hotel Management/Business
Administration.

•Computer literate

• Bachelor degree

• Organisation and self-motivation

•Integrity

• Clear and professional communication skills

•Understanding of the hospitality environment

•Strong customer awareness and focus.

• Able to work flexibly to suit the hours (various shift patterns) & needs of
the Department.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with
customers.

•Ability to work and interact well as part of a team.

Desirable:

•Sound organisational skills with the ability to identify and juggle
priorities.

•5 Star hotel experience.

•Administration experience.
