W London Hotel is now premiering the role of Welcome Ambassador!
As a Welcome Ambassador| you will be responsible for delivering an Engaging
Dynamic Guest Experience from arrival to departure by ensuring that all our
regular and VIP guests receive the highest quality of service delivery.
Moreover| you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests arriving
at the hotel| along with delivering their luggage| arranging transport| valet
parking| delivering morning newspapers and mail and dealing with any other
requests the guest may have during the shift.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to achieve service excellence by
anticipating guest’s needs| listening and paying attention to every detail no
matter how small and working together as a team| whilst ensuring that all
accounting and security procedures meet Company requirements.
It is important to be able to create extraordinary experiences for our guests
from the welcome through the guest journey to their departure; excellent guest
service will underpin everything you do. As this is a customer-facing role| in
order to succeed in this role you will have to be an excellent and natural
communicator with exceptional people skills.
Requirements :
-Previous 5 hotel experience is preferred but not essential
-Driving License is required
-Be a strong team player
-Have a good command of the English language
-Excellent grooming and presentation
-Have the right to work in the United Kingdom
Responsibilities:
-Welcoming all guests to W London Leicester Square
-Helping guests with their luggage on arrival and departure
-Delivering messages and packages and undertaking any other requests
-Ensuring the efficient delivery and collection of group luggage
-Ensuring that the guest has verified that all luggage has been accounted for
-Valet parking guest cars
