Job Summary
This is a casual position at the London Heathrow Marriott hotel. Acting as a
point of contact for guests| our Night Receptionist is an excellent source of
information about hotel services and facilities| as well as the local area in
general. You will be asked to deal with any reasonable requests from guests in
a professional and courteous manner| in person| on the telephone and in
writing so that we can make every guest|s stay perfect.
Listed below the main responsibilities required for the position:
Ensure all guest and requests are resolved promptly and properly.
Verify the accuracy of opening accounts.
Maintain and control all room blocks| pre-registration and pre-assignment of rooms
Ensure checkouts have been pulled and verified periodically
Ensure the completion and accuracy of all folios| room changes| credit approvals
Comply with unit cash handling| credit and check cashing policies and procedures
Dealing with guest issues and empower guest satisfaction
Print and read all night audit and reports
Charge all Expedia bookings
Check in all pre-registered guests before night audit
Routing and billing of Crews
Be trained for Night Concierge and night AYS
Charge Room Service or Newspaper to the guest Room
Previous experience within a similar Position is preferred but not
essential.
