JOB DESCRIPTION
_The Biltmore| Mayfair| set to open in September2019| will boast new culinary
concepts headed by internationally-renowned ChefPatron Jason Atherton._
_The main restaurant| The Betterment| will feature aseasonally driven menu
with beautifully presented dishes of wood-fired fish andmeats| fresh seafood|
signature salads and plant-based plates. At the heart ofthe restaurant will be
a dramatic and rustic open grill| which will bring thekitchen into the dining
room and add a sense of theatre to the space._
_Also in The Biltmore Mayfair and led by The SocialCompany is The Terrace|
The Tea Lounge and The Pine Bar serving world-classcocktails |as well as an
impressive 500 sqm ballroom and various smallerfunction suites up to 100
guests._

Whatwill I be doing?
• Manage guest queries in a friendly| timely|and efficient manner
• Serve Alcoholic/non-Alcoholic beverages inconjunction with licensing/liquor
regulations for residents and non-residents
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all products
• Ensure mis-en-place is well stocked at allfloor stations
• Follow correct reporting procedures iffaced with issues
• Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of aconsistently good standard and
delivered in a timely manor
• Practice Hilton Grooming standardsincluding uniform dress code| cleanliness
and personal hygiene
• Comply with hotel security| fireregulations and all health and safety
legislation
• Communicate and delegate tasks to theteam
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
• Represent needs of the team
