A Rooms Division Administrator is responsible for administration related tasks
within the rooms division operation with a focus on delivering expectional
guest service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing?
As a Rooms division administrator you are in charge of handling the financial
and administrative queries to the departments. Specifically| you would be
responsible for performing the following tasks| amongst others| to the highest
Handle guest and supplier quarries in regards to guest room billing| supplier payments and other financial questions that might arise.
Assist in the operations of all Front Office operations to include| but not limited to| guest service and registration (check-in/check-out)| room inventory and availability| guest service standards and initiatives| product quality| cost controls and overall profitability| marketing initiatives| systems use and management| budgeting and forecasting| department management| policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation
Assist with monitoring payroll| checking rosters in rooms division against payroll systems and ensuring correct inputs.
Assist in monitoring and assessing service and satisfaction trends| giving updates on weekly basis to the Director of rooms.
Oversee and set up admirative protocols within the rooms division.
Assist with training of senior managers on billing systems| ordering and receiving.
Report to the Front Office Manager| Head Housekeeper and Director of Rooms any reoccurring problems to ensure permanent solution are found.
Any other tasks that might come up and can be considered important to ensure excellent level of customer| team member and suppler services.
