Job Summary

As Sales and Events Co-ordinator| you will assist the Sales and Events Team in
the date to date running of the office. You will look after email| telephone|
arranging team meetings| support with client account qualification and assist
with generating reports.

You will need to be highly motivated and confident in your own abilities to
work in an environment where short lead request comes through frequently due
to the nature of our business.

Key responsibilities:

Perform general office duties to support Sales and Events Team

Assisting the Sales and Events Team with admin and reports

Support to prepare sales-related documents through sales procedures

Gather materials and assemble information packages when necessary

Support to qualify new client accounts through building rapport and research

Updating and clearing the database on the system

Produce accurate records/reports of the day to day sales teams enquiries| activities| response times

Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs| demonstrating a flexible| adaptable nature

What are we looking for?

Qualifications & Experiences

Prior hospitality sales or hospitality guest experience preferred
Knowledge of Opera PMS or Sales & Catering preferred

Minimum of 1 year of related work experience

Computer literacy| particularly word processing and spread sheets

Educated to High School Diploma


Strong administrative skills

Good organisational and administration skills
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Confident telephone manner
