JOB SUMMARY
Marriott International have created GROW. A brand-new learning platform
available to our associates which assists them in unlocking the knowledge and
skills to thrive in life and the workplace. GROW offers learning in 14 topics
including Mindfulness| Technology| Creativity| Managing change and many
others. The job requires a Turkish speaking curator to source relevant and
engaging online material to support with the topics and learning expectations
for the respective market. This fantastic prospect will provide the successful
candidate the opportunity to source and validate the GROW learning experience
in Turkish.
Candidate Profile
Experience
Previous demonstrable experience in a content validation environment
Skills and Knowledge
Fluent in Turkish with an excellent standard of English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated
Ability to work on tasks independently or as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail
Able to multi-task and prioritize work under pressure.
Education or Certification
High School completion or equivalent required
Technical Expertise (Learning & Applying Personal Experience
The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the
successful performance of the position:
Work with the Europe Learning & Development Team in creating and applying a strong and consistent tone of voice for all our GROW topics.
Reviewing original material and sourcing similar content in the target language| ensuring the meaning and intent of the topic is retained.
Preparing content for 14 GROW topic areas.
Develop a process on how to ensure the GROW learnings continue to be appropriate and engaging to ensure longevity.
Other
Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
Complies with Marriott International and policies and procedures and local Hotel SOPs.
