Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Manager to join our
Talent team as a regional lead. The base office of this role is flexible but
ideally London- Birmingham- St Albans- Basingstoke.
The Regional Talent Manager would join as part of the EMEA Talent Management
team responsible for the creation and delivery of the Talent Management
strategy. The role will be delivering a range of activities- products and
services to meet the needs of the UK&I business. As well as delivery of global
or EMEA level activities- the role will also act as a regional lead-
identifying opportunities within the UK&I organisation. The main purpose o
this role will be to lead and manage the implementation and delivery of ou
Talent Management strategy in UK&I reporting to the UK&I HR Director and
dotted line to the Director of Talent Management for EMEA.
The purpose of the role is to act as a champion and ambassador for the talent
strategy in the region- provide input on trends and innovations in the region
and partner with stakeholders to raise awareness of the talent agenda.
You will also be expected to;
Act as talent advisor/consultant to their region – uncovering and defining talent challenges/opportunities against business objectives- and developing thoughtful change strategies to address (in line with wider talent strategy)
Provide feedback to EMEA Talent COE on the relevance of processes and programmes for the region
Work on/take a lead on projects with members of the Talent CoE
Deliver and manage various talent programmes- in partnership with local HR teams and leaders – to include culture and change activities- D&I and learning activities
Manage in person and virtual training events with full logistical coordination
Attend team meetings as required
Minimum Requirements
We are looking for an experienced professional from within the talent sphere
who is able to bring a balanced view and innovation across the following
areas;

Project management and delivery – able to drive projects forward and deliver on the ground
Strategic thinker – able to connect different elements of the talent agenda- to ensure they reinforce each other
Facilitator – able to facilitate and lead group discussions and general training events-
Innovative and creative – able to translate programmes in ways that suit the region
Great communicator and influencer by being collaborative and engaging – able to raise awareness of talent strategy and gain buy-in from the business (able to evidence experience of this)
Able to be agile and flexible in terms of supporting all aspects of the talent agenda
Pro-active – always seeking opportunities to add value to the business through the talent agenda
Resilient
Ethical
Well organised with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise
Fluent in English and preferably one other language
Demonstratable up to date knowledge on Talent Management best practice
Uncompromising approach and demonstrable commitment to Health and Safety
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor`s Degree from an internationally recognized institution in a relevant
subject such as Psychology- Organisational Development or Human Resources
