The London EDITION Graduate Program was created in 2013 to build on the
company’s global Voyage Scheme and tailor the experience to the uniqueness of
the EDITION brand.
When it comes to the graduate profile| we don’t look at demographics but
rather psychographics. The EDITION graduate has as innate sense of their own
individuality and how this complements the authenticity of our brand.

nature. Each graduate embarks on an 18-month journey within our Rooms or Food
& Beverage teams and has the chance to work on key projects that shape the
future of our brand.
Position Summary
As an EDITION Rooms Graduate you are responsible for supporting and
supervising the Rooms operation during shifts and ensuring the successful
completion of daily team requirements. Main areas of work will include; fast-
paced Front Desk| gracious Guest Experience and hands-on Housekeeping. Support
is to be provided to any of the other departments in the hotel when needed to
further your holistic knowledge of hotel operations. You will be assigned a
mentor from the hotel Senior Leadership team that will help to further your
career in hospitality and support your completion of key projects throughout
the program. Main responsibilities include; delivering exceptional and
personalised service in our Luxury-Lifestyle setting| becoming an expert in
each department you join along with being an EDITION brand ambassador|
participating in all management training within the hotel and creating your
own strategic projects to support the growth of the brand.
Closing Date for our Voyage Graduate Positions is: Friday 14th February 2020.
Successful candidates will be progressed to a telephone interview and final
selection will be invited to our exclusive Graduate Assessment Day here at the
hotel.
